Do you ship products worldwide?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping for most products. All replicas sold by our shop come pre-painted according to Portuguese law (fluorescent yellow markings) . International shipments are handled in full compliance with Portuguese, EU, and destination country regulations. Please note that airsoft replicas, magazines, gas, and batteries may be restricted in some countries, and customers are responsible for verifying local import rules before placing an order.
Can I reserve items for in-store pick up?
Yes! If you want to reserve items for in store pick, simply select the “In-Store Pickup” shipping method during checkout and choose any available payment option. You have up to 30 calendar days to collect your items; otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Do you offer maintenance, repairs, or upgrades for airsoft guns?
Yes! Our in-house gunsmith can service, repair, and upgrade any airsoft replica. From routine maintenance to performance upgrades or fixing a malfunction, our expert ensures your gear stays in tip-top condition.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed on the same day and delivered within 1–3 business days to main land portugal
