The Maple Leaf Super Macaron 70° (2021 Silicone version) is a hop-up bucking designed for AEG platforms, built to improve consistency, durability, and shot stability through a reinforced contact patch geometry.

It features a 70° Shore hardness rating, intended for mid-to-high FPS AEG setups (roughly ~360–460 FPS depending on BB weight and tuning). This hardness level provides increased resistance to wear and deformation compared to softer variants, making it more suitable for stronger spring setups and heavier BB use.

The 2021 Super Macaron uses a silicone-based compound, which improves flexibility and performance stability across temperature changes, especially in colder environments where standard rubber can stiffen.

Its internal design features Maple Leaf’s “Super” pressure-point geometry, which creates a more controlled and consistent contact patch on the BB. This helps stabilize backspin application and improve shot-to-shot repeatability when paired with a properly matched nub and compatible hop-up chamber.

The bucking is designed for Tokyo Marui–spec AEG hop-up systems and is compatible with most standard AEG inner barrels that have appropriate hop window dimensions. It performs best when paired with correctly matched components (barrel window, nub, and BB weight).
