We guarantee complete confidentiality regarding the data provided by our customers.
All images and descriptions on the website related to products are illustrative and may not fully correspond to the actual product. In case of doubt, we suggest that you contact our customer support line at 212417731 or 917760140 and/or consult the manufacturer’s website.
Shot Zone reserves the right to change images, descriptions, and prices without prior notice. Any anomalies or errors resulting from updates and/or software malfunctions must be reported and will subsequently be corrected. For example, purchases made by a user taking advantage of such circumstances for a “bad faith purchase,” such as items priced at “€0.00,” will be invalid.
If content errors are found on our website, any orders placed under those circumstances will be canceled and the corresponding payment refunded.
Despite all efforts to keep virtual stock management updated in real time, discrepancies may occur between product availability and actual stock. Shot Zone provides a customer support line where you can clarify this and other stock-related questions.
All our products include VAT at the legal rate in effect.
Shipping and Returns
When placing an order, you will have up to 3 days to make the payment; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
Orders, except in exceptional situations, are processed on the next business day after payment for mainland Portugal. For the Islands, orders are sent via CTT (postal service) on the date and at the price in accordance with the carrier’s current rate table.
Customers may pick up their orders at the store free of charge, and this option can be selected during the online order process.
Shot Zone is not responsible for any delays or possible damages that may occur during the transport of orders. Packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of Shot Zone and are included in the shipping fees. These fees are set and disclosed according to the carrier’s pricing policies.
Customers may return or exchange an item within 14 days; however, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The item must be properly packaged as originally received, including all components, and accompanied by the original invoice.
PLEASE NOTE that all orders will only be validated and processed after payment. If payment is not made at the time of ordering, all products remain available for purchase by other customers.
If any products go out of stock, the unpaid order will be canceled and the customer will be informed.
If payment is made after the order has been canceled, the *refund conditions will apply.
Warrantie
Our products come with a 3-year warranty in accordance with current legal regulations, except for batteries and chargers, which have a 6-month warranty. Wear-and-tear parts are not covered, nor is damage resulting from improper use of the products.
In the event that any of our products present a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact Shot Zone. After analyzing the issue and determining whether it can be resolved under warranty terms, the defective item, along with the original invoice, must be sent to the store (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
All repairs carried out within the warranty period are free of labor charges; however, shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Shot Zone IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for damages resulting from misuse of the equipment, namely:
Improper use, carelessness, negligence, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions;
Use of consumables not recommended by Shot Zone;
Any unauthorized maintenance or upgrades.
If you receive a defective item, please send it back (shipping costs at the customer’s expense). Once verified, the product will be replaced and/or repaired and returned to you at no additional cost.
If items are returned as defective but, upon inspection, are found not to have any defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In cases of noncompliance with the above conditions, Shot Zone reserves the right to refuse the return.

You may pay for your order using the following methods:

Multibanco Reference (Ref. MB)
When the customer makes a payment using one of the methods mentioned above, in the event of order cancellation or withdrawal after payment, a refund fee will apply as follows:
€1.00 for payments made via Multibanco Reference
€1.70 for payments made via MB Way
Purchase of Replicas
Mandatory license in accordance with Law 17/2009
Shot Zone informs that the sale of replicas is restricted to members of an APD. Shipment of replicas will only be possible after sending proof of APD membership to: geral@shot-zone.com
Discount Points Program
1. Program Objective
The Discount Points Program aims to reward registered customers on the website by granting points that can be converted into discounts on future purchases.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Only customers with a registered account on the website may accumulate and use points.
2.2. Each customer may hold only one account. The creation of duplicate accounts for the purpose of accumulating additional points is strictly prohibited.
3. How to Earn Points
3.1. Customers receive points when making purchases on the website.
3.2. The standard rule for point allocation is:
€1 spent = 1 point earned, unless otherwise stated in specific campaigns or promotions.
3.3. The website may award additional points in situations such as:
Promotional campaigns
Referring new customers
Special dates or promotional events.
4. Use of Points
4.1. Accumulated points may be converted into discounts on purchases made on the website.
4.2. The standard conversion rate is:
100 points = €3 discount
4.3. Points may only be used at the time of purchase and cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another account.
5. Points Validity
5.1. Points are valid for 90 days from the date they are awarded.
5.2. After the validity period expires, the points will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.
6. Cancellations and Returns
6.1. If a purchase is canceled or returned, the points awarded for that purchase will be removed from the customer’s account.
6.2. If the points have already been used, Shot Zone reserves the right to adjust the customer’s points balance accordingly.
7. Misuse
7.1. Fraudulent or abusive use of the points program may result in:
Cancellation of accumulated points
Suspension or termination of the customer’s account.
8. Changes to the Program
8.1. Shot Zone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program at any time.
8.2. Any changes will be communicated on the website.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shot Zone shall not be held responsible for technical errors, system failures, or other external factors that may temporarily affect the calculation, allocation, or use of points.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Discount Points Program, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
